摘要：

In 1987-2003 years 22212 HIV infected were registered, 4185 (18,8%) among them were teenagers aged 15-18 in St. Petersburg. Most HIV infected youngsters were infected using drugs intravenously in 2001. Later the number those infected sexually increased as well the number of girls and pregnant. Every tenth teenager is in a colony. 70% of them have chronic hepatitis C in an active stage (minimal or moderate). Main causes of death with HIV infected teenagers were sepsis and poisoning with drugs in overdose. Only one died of AIDS.
