摘要
The paper studies a vehicle vibration isolation system with a controlled viscous friction element in the form of a magnetorheological damper. The authors provide dynamic equations for the assumed calculation model of the vibration isolation system and determine the transfer functions of the control and disturbance channels based on these equations. They have developed structural patterns to study dynamic characteristics of the vibration isolation system. The design of the closed-loop vibration isolation system for vibration acceleration of the isolated object has been developed. The article presents a transfer function of the controller synthesized with the proposed method. It also provides a structure of an experimental plant developed for research of dynamic characteristics of the vibration isolation system with a controlled vicious resistance element. The authors conducted analytical and experimental research of dynamic behavior of the vibration isolation system with a magnetorheological damper. The paper provides evidence of a correlation between the estimated and experimental data.
