摘要
With the spread of COVID-19, Saudi Arabia implemented a policy to keep people physically distanced. Mandatory pandemic-driven mobile technologies have been utilized in the country to limit the spread of the coronavirus. The current study aimed to explore and understand the experience of Arab elderly people with the pandemic-driven mobile app Eatmarna. We conducted a taskbased usability test, followed by a satisfaction questionnaire and interview with Arab elderly between 65 and 85 years old. This study has provided an insight into the challenges that were faced by older adults when using pandemic-driven apps. Identification of these challenges contributes to a better understanding of the situation and can lead to appropriate solutions and plans to improve such apps.
