摘要：
Genital tract metastasis in patients with known breast carcinoma can present as abnormal vaginal bleeding. The possibility of uterine metastasis should also be considered in patients who are undergoing or have completed treatment with an aromatase inhibitor or tamoxifen. In addition to transvaginal ultrasound, curettage is indicated to obtain a sample for histopathological examination. Therapy depends on an accurate histopathological result because uterine metastasis is rare and is often initially mistaken for a primary uterine cancer.
