Three new species in Spain; Cnephasia josebai Gaston, Vives & Revilla, sp. n., Clepsis razowskii Gaston, Vives & Revilla, sp. n. and Pelochrista trematerrai Gaston, Vives & Revilla, sp. n., are described. Differences between similar species in the Cnephasia Curtis, 1826 and Clepsis Guenee, 1845 genus, are analyzed. The distribution of Clepsis neglectana (Herrich-Schaffer, 1851) in the Iberian Peninsula is being reviewed.
