摘要：

In light of different qualities of employees in enterprises, the restrict in compiling contingency plan, and such problems resulted from paper document storage, the paper is being developed web-based contingency plan information system via applying ASP.NET, Ajax (Asynchronous JavaScript And XML), JavaScript. The paper is being introduced the main functions, design and implementation of the system from the aspects of developer platform, system framework, database design, etc. The system can greatly shorten the emergency response time through improving traditional management model and applying modern information management methods.
