摘要：
A Web-based Information Sharing Supply Chain Management System, particularly characterized by opening the inventories of retailers to the manufacturer who is responsible to replenish the inventories of the retailers, is proposed in this working paper. It is hoped that the system can improve the performance and reduce the total costs of the supply chain as a whole.
