CHINESE DIPLOMACY IN THE ERA OF XI JINPING

At the 19 th Congress of the CCP (from 18 to 24 October 2017), the General Secretary Xi Jinping announced the beginning of "a new era" - the period of formation of a powerful state. Active diplomacy has become one of the main features of this era, and it is ready to convince the international community and the world in the growing power of the PRC. This report attempts to analyze, what Chinese diplomacy represents in the "new era" on the basis of official statements by the Chinese leadership and expert circles.
