摘要
In Fe/Zr and Fe/Ti multilayers, prepared by rf sputtering, resistivity, magnetoresistivity, anomalous Hall effect and magnetostriction have been studied. It has been found from electrical conductivity, GEMS and XRD that an amorphous phase is formed during deposition and is distributed in the plane between crystalline sublayers as well as in the grain boundaries.
