摘要
The purpose of this paper is to explain the fluidity of high-fluidity concrete by considering the fluid properties of its paste. We investigate the fluidity and viscosity of pastes with three types of mineral admixtures. Then, the effects of the types and particle size distribution of each mineral admixture on fluidity of paste are quantitatively evaluated. Next, the fluidity of each high-fluidity concrete with the mineral admixture is reasonably explained by an index of the required water volume based on the investigation on each pastes. Also, under high water content, the volumetric content of solid particles in the paste is important for its viscosity, while under low water content, the viscosity of the paste is influenced by the types of used mineral admixtures.
