摘要
The physiologically-based pharmacokinetic modelling is useful in veterinary medicine. This model can predict the drug tissular concentrations for different treatments. The development of the physiologically-based pharmacokinetic models consists on three steps. The first is the model representation with a diagram and the mathematical equations who describe the different interrelationships. Then, the mathematical equations parameters must be obtain. There are physiological, physicochemical and biochemical parameters. The last step is the model validation. Some applications of the physiologically-based pharmacokinetic model are given in this review.
