摘要
Given the numerous challenges of social enterprises to organize their structure efficiently and viable, this work aims to investigate the forms of remuneration for work used by Cooperative C. This Cooperative has been in operation since 1993 and mobilizes its membership within the Settlement Coletivo Santa Maria and with other settled families in the northwest region of Parana. To achieve the objective, methodologically, action research was used, with participatory research, interviews and document analysis as tools. The analytical perspective of work uses the understandings developed by Feminist Economics when observing the formats and effects of the enterprise's remuneration systems. In the course of operation of Cooperative C, five different formats of remuneration for work were visualized that used (mostly) the hours worked as a parameter for division of the advance of leftovers. There is a constant of organicity and collective management within the enterprise that is seen in the work organization process. All remuneration systems have undergone extensive debate in the collective and aspects related to the non-monetary income made available by the cooperative to families are highlighted. The fifth system is in the process of being modified as it is a temporary arrangement. It is important in these experiences to observe the presence of young people and the role of women within the cooperative's membership.
