Exploration on the Archiving Management in the Document Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

As the development of China is unceasingly toward science and technology and electronization, the application of electronic multimedia devices is more greatly valued in all sorts of fields, and there is no exception to the document management in higher vocational colleges. In recent years, all kinds of initiative documents are mostly transformed to electronic documents, so that documents can be more orderly managed. However, higher vocational colleges in China encounter difficulties in the archiving management of electronic documents. Therefore, in this paper, the archiving management of electronic documents in China's higher vocational colleges is mainly analyzed and concluded to cover the problems and raise specific improvement measures, for the ultimate goal of promoting the reform of the management in these schools and the efficiency of archiving work.
