摘要：
In the past few decades, the implement of supply chain management not only leads to lower the amount of the goods in stock and costs, but also high work efficiency in manufacturing field. However, it still seems a new term for real estate industry. In order to improve the real estate performance, in this paper we use SCM for reference to enhance the core competence for real estate enterprises. We suggest that developers can be viewed as "whole integrator", which can integrate suppliers, general designer and general contractor in construction together
