Study on Employment Situation of Tourism Graduates: a Case of Liaoning

摘要：
In recent years, employment in the tourism industry has aroused widespread concerns in China. In this paper, the author surveyed some tourism colleges in Liaoning and found that the actual employment situation of tourism graduates is not optimistic. This situation resulted from a variety of reasons, such as unreasonable employment expectations, lack of career guidance and orientation, and the deviation of current teaching patterns from market demands. By analyzing these main factors, this paper tried to assist concerned parties in taking specific measures to promote the employment of tourism graduates.
