Dialectical Relationship Between Economic Development and Environmental Protection

This paper dialectically analyzes the factors that affect economic development and environmental protection, including the weak concept of environmental protection, the single economic and industrial structure during early stages and inadequate guidance of public policy. This article uses the literature inductive method and comparison method to put forward the dialectical relationship between economic development and environmental protection in China. This article indicates that China should develop sustainable economic development mode, and by constructing the development model of circular economy, the environmental protection and economic development can result in a win-win conclusion. In view of the shortcomings between environmental protection and economic development, this paper proposes some corresponding measureslike combining the market and the government to realize the innovation of the environmental protection system, transforming the industrial structure, integrating into the environmental protection concept and taking the road of sustainable development, changing the end-of-pipetreatment and developing the circular economy, increasing investment in environmental protection and developing environmental science and technology.
