摘要：
There was performed an economic analysis of building companies founded in South Moravian region as a part of the project Development of small and medium businesses in the border areas. The objective is to trace the possible correlation of financial indicators between averages of the region and whole Czech Republic. The second objective is to find any specifics, which differ the Moravian business from industry standards. The research questions are tested using the methods of financial analysis and comparison of data obtained.
