摘要：
This paper introduces a remote controlled Internet monitoring system and its feasibility in actual structures in order to verify seismic performance and health of structures. This system is mainly designed to constantly monitor oscillation of a structure as well as to analyze and evaluate collected data through structural characteristics of a building that would keep changing in the event of earthquake. Real-time monitoring is enabled through sensor-based detection of building conditions, data collection and management through the means of telecommunication and a serial processing system from analysis to evaluation of data.
