UBERIZATION: THE NEW WAVE OF PRECARIOUS WORK

The scope his review is the book "Uberizacao: A nova ondo do trabalho precarizado", written by Prof. Dr. Tom Slee, published by the editorial group Elefante in 2017. The book problematizes issues related to the Economy of Sharing considering its expansion through several countries, among them Brazil. In view of the notes revealed in the book, we perceive models and strategies of which companies that work via digital platforms perform in order to circumvent lows, creating mechanisms capable of offering precarious work, without the "collaborators" having labor security or even employment ties with the platforms.
