摘要
In the paper the application of a controller based on fuzzy logic reasoning to an axisymmetrical deep drawing process is proposed. The controller is aimed to detect out of control conditions and to supply a straight and suitable correction on the control variable. In particular the blankholder force has been assumed as the control variable, while the blank edge draw-in and the blankholder lifting up have been chosen as the monitored variable able to highlight the insurgence of excessive thinning or wrinkling phenomena respectively. The fuzzy controller has been interfaced with a finite element code: several tests have been carried out in order to assess the effectiveness and the sensitivity of the controller.
