摘要
This is a Presentation of a case series of 10 consecutive patients undergoing implantation of cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (CHT-D). Intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) is utilized to gain access to the coronary sinus. The method used is detailed with a brief discussion of observations gained from this early experience.
