摘要
At present, the strategy of building the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has become a national-level strategy. This strategy provides a good opportunity for the development of ports in the Greater Bay Area. As the port with the largest container throughput in the Greater Bay Area, Shenzhen Port should seize the opportunity to improve its competitiveness. Facing the actual situation of the port group in the Greater Bay Area, this paper compares the competitiveness of Shenzhen Port with the Guangzhou Port and the Hong Kong Port by using the factor analysis method. The results of the research show that the competitiveness of Shenzhen Port ranks second and is still far from the Hong Kong Port in the port group of the Greater Bay Area. According to the research results, this paper provides corresponding recommendations about port functions, inter-port cooperation, port integration, and so on in order to solve practical problems.
