摘要
In order to solve the problem of thrust allocation of main propeller-rudder of engineering ship, a new thrust allocation method based on improved genetic algorithm is proposed in this paper. This paper presents a method to deal with the non-convex thrust region of main propeller-rudder, which is divided into several non-convex regions. The fuel consumption and the wear of propeller are fully considered when establishing the objective function. In order to overcome the shortcomings of genetic algorithm(GA) such as large amount of computation, premature and strong randomness, an improved genetic algorithm is proposed in this paper. In this paper, the optimal solution obtained from the last sampling time will be inherited to the next sampling time. This method can effectively solve the problem of fluctuation of the results of genetic algorithm in continuous time. Finally, through simulation experiments, it is concluded that the combined thrust model and improved genetic algorithm of rudder and propeller has less computation and strong robustness, which can solve the problem of thrust allocation well, and have good application prospects in engineering ships with main propeller-rudder.
