Study SWOT Analysis of Network Marketing in Small and Medium-sized Hotels in China

摘要
As the domestic tourism market is booming, more and more travelers are used to booking travel online. The hotel managers are eager to set up their own marketing channels because the online travel service suppliers have more competition advantages. Compared to the large hotel enterprises, small and medium-sized hotel is in a awkward position in the online booking market, the majority of small and medium-sized hotel have some disadvantages on their network marketing such as their web design and marketing abilities are weak, they cannot satisfy the customer's needs, not to mention the booking. In this paper, through the SWOT analysis of carrying out the network marketing in the small and medium-sized hotel, we put forward some corresponding strategies.
