摘要
This conceptual paper seeks to extend a study that was done in Canada in 2007 by including knowledge sharing as a mediating variable. It has been acknowledged that knowledge sharing has become an important factor in organizational performance and success. Thus, this paper seeks to enrich and justify why knowledge sharing should be included into the model by looking at contributions and gaps in existing literature.
