Research on Industrial Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance Life Cycle

Industrial technology innovation strategic alliance has great advantages and positive impact on different aspects of the enterprise thus has been the focus of business and management academic circles both at home and abroad. This research utilizes the method of modeling, proposes the transplantation of life cycle theory model to industrial technology innovation strategic alliance. The perspective of this research is that the life cycle of industrial technology innovation strategic alliance is similar but also different with the enterprise life cycle. Based on this, this paper builds a life cycle model of industrial technology innovation strategic alliance. The conclusion that the alliance will reflect different evolution characteristics, when the industrial technology innovation strategic alliance is in different evolution period is given in the end.
