Fourier-transform calibration method for phase retrieval of carrier-coded fringe pattern

摘要
A non-iterative Fourier-transform method for phase retrieval of a carrier-modulated fringe pattern is described. The phase information is extracted by using a single operation to remove the linear carrier and to calibrate the final result without the intermediate calculation of the carrier phase function and without shifting in frequency domain the filtered Fourier spectrum of the carrier-modulated pattern. The principle of operation of the algorithm is discussed. The method is used to analyze moire interferometric fringe patterns. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
