摘要
Resource availability is limited in most situations.How to schedule under the condition of resource constraints is one of the most complicated subjects in project management field. Based on the views of risk management, this paper uses 0-1 integer programming techniques to establish the schedule-resource optimization model. At the first stage, it demonstrates the advantages of improved PERT model: firstly, the application of Moore method can improve the conventional distribution method of parameters of project activities; secondly, it improves the accuracy of the calculation by applying the restrictive portion of three point estimators method and the formula of expectation and variance for activity times; thirdly, it has considered the impact of non-critical line on key lines. At the second stage, this paper applies the particle swarm algorithm for solving 0-1 integer programming model by using the tool of MATLAB. Then, according to the project duration, the paper caculates the project schedule risk. Finally, a case study is used to demonstrate the model proposed.
