摘要
Courts often rely on history in reaching their decisions, sometimes with unfortunate or even disastrous results. This article first describes several cases in which the Supreme Court took wrong turns based on bad history. The article then follows the author as he and other lawyers brought historians into the courtroom to provide the courts with better history.
