摘要
Two closely related lipodepsipeptides, with the same 12-membered oxodepsipeptide ring system, aotearolides A (1) and B (2), together with 1H-indole-3-calbaldehyde (3) and 2-(1H-indol-3-yl)acetic acid (4) were isolated from the endophytic fungal isolate Colletotrichum aotearoa Y41 of Huperzia serrata. The structures were elucidated on the basis of their high-resolution ESI/MS, 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data.
