Influence of magnetic flux concentrator on the efficiency of iron ore dressing

摘要
The laboratory and industrial experiments on magnetic iron ore showed that magnetic and nonmagnetic fractions are more effectively separated with the magnetic flux concentrators arranged on magnetic drums of separator. Improvement of the equipment makes it possible to increase the content of iron in concentrate by 5 - 8 % and decrease the losses of metal in final tails by 1 - 3 %.
