Population dynamics, excited biexciton states, excitonic and conditional biexcitonic Rabi oscillations in a single quantum dot embedded in a photodiode are investigated combining ultrafast pump-probe techniques with sensitive photocurrent readout. (C)2010 Optical Society of America
