摘要
The mechanical structure and pneumatic device are combined to design a multi-station translation cam manipulator, which can achieve multi-station action and high efficiency. The three-dimensional model was established, and the dynamic automatic analysis of mechanical system software was used to establish the virtual prototype of the model. The dynamic simulation analysis of the main parts of the model was carried out. The kinematic curve of the mechanism and the impact force and torque curve of the cam and roller were obtained. According to the characteristics of the curve, the accuracy of the model was verified. This article provides a new idea for the design and research of cam manipulators.
