摘要
From the ship anchoring operation model and evaluation methods point of view, this paper establishes the mathematic evaluation models of ship anchoring operation by using membership functions in the ship handling simulation system, estimates the ship anchoring operation's evaluation index weight based on information entropy under the condition of rough set. The evaluating simulation system of ship anchoring operation is developed with Visual C++, and the tested result is deal.
