Research on Coordination of Dual Channel Supply Chain with Fresh-Keeping Technology Sharing Contract

This paper investigates the coordination in the fresh product dual-channel supply chain system, which consists of a supplier, an online retailer and an offline retailer. We build the consumer utility function in which the utility is affected by time, freshness and fresh-keeping effort. Based on the comparison of the optimal decision of supply chain under centralized and decentralized decision models, this paper proposes the "fresh-keeping technology sharing and cost sharing" contract, which can coordinate the dual-channel supply chain to a certain extent, with the supply chain profit improved. A numerical example is given to verify the validity of the contract of "fresh-keeping technology sharing and cost sharing" for the dual-channel supply chain.
