摘要
Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) thin films with improved conductivity were obtained through the polyethylene glycol doping process or ionic liquid post treatment. By the curve-fitting analysis of the symmetric stretching vibration of thiophene ring in PEDOT:PSS Raman spectra obtained before and after the doping process, it was found that the peak belonged to the quinoid structure increased its intensity compared to the peak of the benzoid structure. The observed conductivity enhancement due to the structural change of PEDOT chains could be explained using the Raman experimental data.
