摘要：
Integrated Agricultural Development Project is an important part of China's fiscal expenditure. Make a reasonable assessment to Integrated projects for agricultural development, not only can to protect the quality of the project has been implemented, but also has important practical significance for enhancing China's comprehensive agricultural production capacity. In this paper, combined with the present situation of China's comprehensive agricultural development project performance evaluation, proposed the design process of comprehensive agricultural development project performance evaluation system, and analysis of the performance evaluation method selected.
