摘要：
Construction project management alliance model is an effective tool, for China's construction companies at the present stage, to improve their own competitiveness, complete the original primitive accumulation of capital and technology and compete with international large scale construction engineering group. Based on the inherent characteristics of construction contractors in China, this paper put forward a comprehensive partner selection evaluation system of the dynamic collaboration and it's a three-stage evaluation.
