摘要
ThermoSon computer program developed at Tomsk Polytechnic University, Russia, was used to optimize heating parameters in the detection of subsurface defects in composite materials. The program allows the analysis of transient heat conduction phenomena in solids. The paper describes some results of the numerical modeling of ultrasonic IR thermography procedures with the emphasis made on the inspection of multi-layer polyaramide materials.
