摘要
An isomorphic theory in the domain of stress refers to a dimension-specific extension of person-environment fit theory. Isomorphism extends person-environment fit theory by focusing attention on corresponding characteristics in the person and the environment; in this case, the control, uncertainty, and interpersonal dimensions. Isomorphic theory overarches and integrates the ecological and adaptation approaches to stress, providing the basis for a dynamic effects model of stress and person-environment fit.
