摘要：
Distance learning has facilitated access to information and training, gaining quality and hence credibility. On the other hand, informal education is becoming a great ally to the formation both academically and socially. In order to reach these benefits, the MobiLE system was designed and developed. This system consists in a solution for accessing and sharing content for mobile devices. The Recommendation System of the MobiLE System, the focus of this paper, is based on the characteristics of ubiquity and mobility, being provided with a sub-system that considers the semantic enrichment and provides customization of content to the user.
