摘要：
new asexual fungus, Cladorrhinum yunnanense, isolated from unidentified fallen leaves of a broadleaf tree in Yunnan, China, is described by morphological characters and phylogenetic analyses of DNA sequence data from three loci (ITS, LSU and TUB).
