摘要
CaTiO3:Ho3+ (1-9 mol %) nanoparticles were prepared using low-temperature solution combustion method. All samples were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD). Photoluminescence (PL) properties of samples were studied in detail and optimum luminescence behavior was investigated. CIE (Commission International de I'E' clairage) chromaticity chart was utilized to delineate the emission color and color co-ordinates of the sample. Correlated color temperature (CCT) was utilized to distinguish the color temperature of a light source. PL analysis, CIE and CCT diagrams indicates that the prepared nanophosphors are suitable for solid-state display applications. (C) 2020 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
