摘要
This study explores the antecedents of work-related social-media use. To date the role of employees in organizational sense giving through work-related social-media use remains under investigated. The findings suggest that - in a work-related context - social media serve multiple functions: as a vehicle for information dissemination, relationship management, and organizational ambassadorship. Employees willingly utilize their personal social media account to contribute to organizational goals. (C) 2014 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
