摘要
The traditional textile industry, most of them are based on human machine, supplemented by the production mode. And modern textile technology, along with the continuous development of industrial level, use the machine to replace the human has become the mainstream of industrial development. Using the programmable controller as the processing core, integrated computer technology, automation technology and communication technology to build a new type of industrial automatic control technology to realize the automatic mechanical machinery production. This paper conducted by the textile factory production line automation, mainly divided into three reform direction: (1) the transformation of the traditional textile machine: adopt automatic air-jet weft insertion technology to achieve the weft textile; (2) the transformation of artificial stacking: the introduction of new robot, spun, saving time; (3) the transformation of production line. The whole production process of fully automatic control by PLC, according to user requirements, matching communication interface, can be connected with computer or touch screen, to achieve real-time monitoring of textile production automation, remote diagnosis and network management etc. This transformation device has the advantages of simple operation, reliable operation, convenient repair.
