Systematization of an Experience in La Guinera Popular Council, Havana, Cuba

The article deals with how the systematization exercise of the Action Workshop that is given in the Community House (extension of the Integral Transformation Workshop of the Barrio of the Arroyo Naranjo municipality) of the La Guinera Popular Council occurred. Through this technique, a historical reconstruction of the project can be made, analyzing it critically by reason of interviews and workshops. Its goal was to systematize the experiences lived between September 2013 and June 2014. The process involved the members of the management group of the Community House, individuals who were and are currently linked to projects, as well as representatives of organizations and decision-makers from the location.
