Dynamic feedback controller design using computational mathematics methods

摘要
The questions addressed in this paper concern the applicability of the linear matrix inequalities (LMI) to design system control using dynamic controller structures. Based on Lyapunov equation and LMI technique, the paper presents method for design of those dynamic controllers which stabilize a class of linear continuous time MIMO systems. A stabilization criterion is reformulated in terms of two LMI, which can be easily solved by efficient convex optimization algorithms using Self-Dual-Minimization (SeDuMi) package for Matlab. A numerical example is included to show the properties of the method presented.
