摘要
The problem of deformation of a two-layer cylindrical metal composite high pressure vessel during its manufacture and during its operation was considered. In order to estimate possibility of the metal liner buckling as a result of its delamination from the composite shell, calculations were performed in the LS-DYNA software package in dynamic formulation using 3D solid elements. Deformation model of the structure under study included technological deviations that were inherent in real products. According to the stress-strain state parameters obtained in real time, possibility of the liner delamination from the outer composite shell wound by carbon-filled plastic tape was established qualitatively and quantitatively. Numerical analysis of the liner central part behavior was performed in two design cases, i.e. when winding a composite tape on a metal liner with tension and when applying pressure to the liner and when defusing pressure at the vessel loading - unloading procedure. Effective calculation method was proposed to solve the problems of the metal liner buckling in a constrained rigid medium. Numerical values of the carbon-filled plastic tape tension force and of the internal pressure, which could cause aluminum liner delamination from the composite shell, were obtained.
