摘要
This paper presents a high-sensitivity grounded coplanar waveguide (GCPW) based rectifier operating in the W-band at 75 GHz. The presented design can achieve a good rectifying efficiency at the sub-mW levels, while simultaneously maintaining the relatively lower fabrication complexity of PCB-based designs compared to on-chip designs. The simulation of the rectifier is verified in measurement to achieve 22.3 % efficiency in the approximate to 0 dBm region and a sensitivity better than -33 dBm.
