On the inspiration of creative thinking for engineering students

摘要
The ability of conducting creative thinking is crucial to are engineering student. Fostering the personal quality of engineering students is therefore the lop priority for teachers who work in the engineering education fields. In this paper, we will review, the pivot principles that affect the cultivation of creative thinking, based on our teaching experiences in industrial design. Multimedia courseware, as an effective way in cultivating student's creative thinking, will be studied in terms of it content and application. Several design projects will be taken as template to analyze the creative thinking process in specific design. Common rifles for conducting creative thinking in industrial design frill be investigated and formulated, and proposals far the inspiration of creative thinking in engineering education will be suggested. Sortie design solutions will be provided in order to demonstrate the impact of creative thinking on specific design results.
